Today, internet recruitment makes it possible to attract numerous job seekers within a few days at minimal cost. However, sifting through CVs, contacting, screening and preparing candidates for interview is time consuming and costly, particularly in the outsourcing industry where a large number of vacancies must be filled within challenging timescales.

SLA - Engagement Approach
From experience, like all outsourcing agreements, successful recruitment initiatives occur when clear timelines and targets are agreed before starting, underpinned by a shared approach to risk and investment. Working on large scale recruitment deals Konduco has developed Service Level Agreement (SLA) templates which focus clients on completing interviews and providing feedback within a certain timeframe. Likewise Konduco must deliver a set number of joiners per month or per annum and face penalties for non delivery. With this approach to RPO, we speak the same language as our clients who can rely on Konduco as experienced business partners within the outsourcing supply chain.
